The Newport H2 is the foundation of the Keen Footwear line.
Designed to perform in adverse conditions, the Newport H2's razor sipped outsole and 3mm lugs provide excellent traction regardless if your path leads to the water or the trail.
Features include a Metatomical low durometer EVA molded footbed, Compression molded EVA Midsole, Patented toe protection, Multi direction lug pattern with razor siping, Washable polyester webbing upper with Aegis microbe shield, Quickdraw elastic cord lace and a Secure Metatomical strap design.
Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 8, we recommend purchasing a size 8 1/2.

These shoes with their easily-tightened elastic lace are very comfortable even for a narrow foot. Durable in construction, they have a nice, broken-in feeling right out of the box. Highly recommended!

I've been wearing Keen Newports as my warmer weather shoe almost exclusively for the past few years. I find them to be perfect for my flat feet. They give excellent support, are waterproof and can be thrown in the washing machine if needed. I travel a lot and these are perfect whether you're in Africa or Paris.
Wears this shoe: When the temperature is above 40 degrees.

I purchased the Keen Newport H2s to wear on a kayaking trip in the Everglades. They're incredible water shoes. They're comfortable, protect your feet, and they look as good on the street as they do in the water. They were made for water. I spent a lot of time in it and the Keens held their own. This is an excellent durable pair of shoes. I expect to get a lot of use out of them.

This shoe is terrific. One of the best purchases I've ever made. Worth every penny. Felt sooooooo great on feet. Walked hundreds of miles in this shoe, and no discomfort whatsoever. Great arch support. Runs about 1/2 size small, but that appears to actually make the shoe fit better in bare feet. Not too snug, but keep feet cradled.
