I wanted to get my 4 year old son a pair of sandals that had ankle straps. Usually, he wears Crocs because they are easy to put on, but I always worry that he is going to trip wearing them. I had bought him a pair of Keen Newport, which he hated. They were too difficult to put on, and he got frustrated with them. I exchanged them for the Keen Jura, and he loves them. The straps are adjustable, which are great for his wide feet.

My son loves these. They are adjustable across the top and at the heel for a snug fit and he can jump in water in them. They look awesome and the soles are very sturdy.
