We bought this bag in anticipation of a four week overseas trip. Unfortunately, the strap failed within 24 hours of the bag's first use. Naturally, the failure occurred just as we were deplaning after a 16 hour flight. Not a pretty sight. The strap is made of two materials: a padded nylon portion that is attached to a nylon webbing portion. The attachment of the two materials failed. Upon inspection, it appears that the two materials were joined by nothing more than glue.

Great bag. Love everything about it, except the zipper! The way it is designed, it is impossible to zip/unzip while on your shoulder! You must take the bag off to zip/unzip. All my stuff stays secure without having to zip closed, so I can live with the one fault. Love the magnet closure. No velcro, which I also like. Great little cell phone holder, and sturdy rubber bottom.

GREAT bag. Unfortunately, I was planning to use as a purse and it is too big for for me. When they measure the 15" width, it is actually more than that if you include the side pockets, which make the bag look larger. For my body type, bag looks way too big against me for a purse use.

This bag is great for work and traveling. It has plenty of space and pockets for organizing. The strap is nice and wide, making it very comfortable. The big clasp on the strap makes it super easy to adjust. The main flap has a magnet to keep it closed instead of annoying velcro. Very well designed!
