OK, first things first, these shoes are not for the fashion elite. They do however elevate your toes above your heel. They are made to do just that. Now, whether or not that is a great idea, I don't now. It takes about a day to get use to the feel but after that, they feel normal. I haven't owned them long enough to say "they strengthen my back" or "they properly align my back"

Had the shoes not rubed blisters on each middle toe, they are one of the best ever. Have to ware bandaid each time I ware them. Hope that changes over time?There is s seam that puches down and rubs the toe.

I really loved the shoes for about the first 6 months I had them. They did wonders for me feet, knees and back but after only about 6 months and really not that much wear time the soles started to peel off, starting at the heel. Now they flap around constantly and are quite annoying.I have already bought another pair of Earth Shoes from this site and hope they are a little more durable than these.

The negative heel fits quite a bit more sporty than the other Earth shoes. Great color, material, and comfort. Highly recommended.
