This shoe features a 3.7 degree incline that redistributes weight, strengthens and tones key muscles, and can even help burn more calories with every step. It also features arch support to promote a very natural walking motion and a form-fitting footbed with biofoam™ cushioning for exceptional comfort, displacing and absorbing shock with each step. Made with 70% recycled content. Applying the 3.7 degree incline to a specialized pre- and post-performance need for athletes, this shoe allows over-worked muscles used during performance to rest, while gently working under-used muscles.

It's a very firm shoe, it keeps my foot and ankle stabilized. My gait has actually improved since I've been wearing these shoes. I feel very energized after long walks.

I bought these sneakers because the negative heel has helped with my heel pain in the past when I bought Earth Sandals. I am very happy with the arch support, also, in these sneakers! I wore them for half days at first, but now am able to wear them all day comfortably. I highly recommend them to my friends!

These shoes have to broken in before walking any distance (the back of my legs ang buttock got sore when I walked a mile--means they do exercise different parts of the body.) They are very comfortable. They look wide but the color of light blue and white is very pretty to look at.

I had been wearing Kalso earth sandles, so I was used to the footbed of the athletic shoe. It is very comfortable and the first day I wore them, I walked and walked and walked! Tired but feet did not hurt at all. If you are looking for a comfortable walking shoe, this is it.
