This shoe features a 3.7 degree incline that redistributes weight, strengthens and tones key muscles, and can even help burn more calories with every step. It also features arch support to promote a very natural walking motion and a form-fitting footbed with biofoam™ cushioning for exceptional comfort, displacing and absorbing shock with each step. Made with 70% recycled content. Applying the 3.7 degree incline to a specialized pre- and post-performance need for athletes, this shoe allows over-worked muscles used during performance to rest, while gently working under-used muscles.

These have been the best sneakers I have ever owned. They have great support and very comfortable. I am on my feet on concrete all day and they are the best. Currently I am trying to find a couple more pair in my size and hope they never become unavailable.

I am outside on my feet most of the day and my toes usually hurt pretty badly by the end of the day. The Retrain felt awkward at first, like my weight was sunken back onto my heels, but once my body adjusted to the new position, it really took the pressure off my toes and they no longer ache at the end of the day. I also had some sore muscles in my thighs and calves which resolved itself after a few days. I need a bit more width, so the wider fit was perfect for me. I'm very happy with this purchase!

My first time wearing these shoes was for a hike. They have good traction, but felt and look quite bulky. They feel a little too wide, also. Even with tightening up the laces I feel like I have too much room inside. I wore them again for a 7 mile walk and other than the bulk and width issue, they felt good. I am a huge Earth fan for the reverse heel technology. I have been wearing them for work for 5 years.
