I wear a 7 and ordered a 7 1/2 because most Earth Athletic Shoes I need 1/2 size larger. However, this ran at least as long as an 8! I haven't worn them yet but tried them out around the house and they don't seem to slip because they can be cinched up tight. I decided to go ahead and keep them, I can always add a grip inside the heel and wear thick socks. They seem well constructed and worth what I paid, just wish they were true to size.

Love these shoes. They run a little big but I wear thick socks & tie them tight. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

This is the first shoe I have ever found that did not slip at the heel. My feet actually feel better after wearing these shoes for the entire day. I only wish that there were more in stock.

Easy to wear right out of the box. No need to break them in. I thought they ran a bit on large side. I LOVE Earth shoes. My plantar fasciitis cleared up in weeks after i began wearing them 2 yrs ago, and I haven't had a problem since!
