I ordered these because I have acute tendonitis in my Achilles tendons. The negative heel is great for my tendons, and the shoe is very stable for my foot. It has a great arch, which hits me at just the right place. I wear a 6 medium, but had to go to a 6.5 in this shoe to get the arch to hit right and for room in the toe. I usually wear a 6.5 in tennis shoes, though.
Wears this shoe: Walking the dog, when Im on my feet a lot.

Didn't realize this would be a negative heel until they arrived. After a trial morning around the house, I decided they were comfortable & would work for me. I ordered my usual size & there is plenty of room for a sock. Great for aerobics class. I keep 1 pair of shoes just for the aerobic floor, not using them for outdoor wear. Good buy.

I bought the Earth Walking Shoe after reading the reviews. The reviews were to true to their word. These shoe felt like I was walking on air!!! The Literature inside the shoe state it would recruit muscles and so they did, I felt muscles I had not felt in years. The Earth Shoe is a Fantastic Shoe, and I challenge anyone to give them a try. You will be amazed at how kind these shoes are to your legs and to your feet.
