I have recently started wearing Kalso Earth Shoes and love them! The main reason I am switching to this type of shoe is because of arthritis in my right knee. This is the only shoe that makes it possible for me to actually walk any length of time without feeling uncomfortable. I normally wear either a size 6 1/2 or 7 medium. I got these in a 7 medium and they are perfect.

I wear a lot of Earth shoes, but haven't tried the athletic-type before. When I started a practice of walking every day, I decided to try these. Reading comments on reviews, I ordered a size larger. They are a wee bit too big, so if there had been a half size I would have picked that. They're cute, comfortable, and very lightweight. I recommend!

This is a very light-weight and breathable shoe. Perfect for Florida! They are a little shorter than other Earth shoes I have in size 8.

The only drawback to this shoe is that the laces need to be loosened to pull up the heel. It is very soft and unlike other shoes. Other than that, it is an excellent shoe. It took a few days to get used to the way the sole is slanted toward the front, meaning the heel is lower than the front of the shoe, but after that I can really feel the toning in my legs and they are very comfortable.
Wears this shoe: four days a week for eight hours or more
