I unfortunately had to return this shoe. I have 4 other pair of Earth shoes and wear a size 10 in each of them (which is half size smaller than I wear in other shoes). For some reason these 10's were small on me, so it does run SMALL for an EARTH SHOE.

I had a pair of Earth Shoes when they first came out and thought they were so cool. So I tried them again and they feel great. Excellent arch support and wide toe are a plus for me. It takes a while to get used to the negative heel, but you can feel your muscles working differently. I had a dislocated knee, so I'm not sure how this heel position will work out for me, but I love having comfortable feet.

I bought these shoes based on the recommendation by my doctor for a heel spur. They wore holes in my socks on the inside of both heels and are really tight in the toes. I remember the Earth shoes I had in the 70's being very roomy in the toes and these are not like that. I am wearing them for work and by the end of the night, I am in pain even with footpads. I am going to try a little bit bigger of a size to see if that helps.
