I primarily bought it for going through airport security with ease but am finding it is wonderful to wear to Tai Chi sessions because I can slip them off so easily and put them back on with no fuss. Since I am not used to wearing this style of shoe it is taking me a while to get used to the feel.
Wears this shoe: When flying, for exercise classes, and wherever I want a shoe that is easy off

I love Earth Shoes, but they don't always fit my foot well (I have a pronounced arch and short toes - weird, I know). These are super comfy, but too boxy to look good and clearly made for fall season. I've exchanged them for Earth Exer sandles. Love the negative heel!

I have MCS, which seems to cause a lot of inflammation and pain in the feet. I also have osteoarthritis in my knees. I bought these shoes hoping they would take away all my pain. My knee pain did ease up quite a bit. Feet still hurt, so, I think I'm just stuck with that. But, I do really like the shoes. They are as comfortable as I think I can hope for. Good arch support and good "foot fit". I actually wear them around the house because they feel better than barefoot. No negative issues with the lower heel. It takes seconds for that to feel natural. I don't wear them much for work because my feet have to go places where you only want fully washable shoes. These have pretty much become the shoes I wear for everything else, though.
