I have worn K-Swiss for tennis for many years. I used to wear Men's but these fit well and are women's which is great! I get the same size as my regular shoes.

I play tennis and have worn these shoes for the past year. I needed a new pair as the soles on mine were really wearing. Needless to say I liked them so I ordered another pair of the same shoe. They fit great and I am wearing them 3 times a week and highly recommend them.
