Durability is achieved with a full length Aosta#&174; II rubber outsole. Flexibility is enhanced by anatomically correct flex-grooves. Cushioning is provided by a k-EVA midsole compound and the dynamic motion of the Tubes#&153; working in harmony with the motion of the foot. Stay tied laces for safety.

Shoe buy keeps asking me to do so and I've ordered like 5 pair of these shoes. It's a good running shoe for the money. Seems like it's more cushioned for running because of the tubes which is a great feature for a heavier runner. The shoe is orthotic friendly, and lightweight and comfortable. My only complaint has nothing to do with the product but my own foot deformities. The mesh wears through with friction from my rather large bunyons within 90-120 days. However, it happens with all mesh shoes. The compromise is to go to a heavier material which is not my choice in options, it's not the shoe's fault.All in all this is a high value, comfortable shoe great for first time runners (maybe for more advance, I wouldn't know because I am not there yet.)Oh and I'm actually a woman with a very large hard to fit in women's shoes foot. These are a great fit too.

I bought these for my son and he is a young man of few words but says the shoes are great! They are comfortable, good for running, walking across campus, etc. He has a wide foot and these were not wide shoes but we got a half size larger than he normally wears and they are comfortable.
