Product Description (Men's K-Swiss Run One miSOUL Tech)

The most versatile running shoe in the market today featuring a modular, interchangeable sole system engineered for customized performance. Durability is achieved with an Aosta® II rubber strike area and blown rubber forefoot with multi-directional flex-grooves. Support is maximized with an external TPU molded heel counter and direct injected urethane support cage. Stability is ensured through a dual density posting for over-pronation concerns and a rigid TPU mid foot shank part to enhance the heel to toe transition ride of the shoe. Breathability is enhanced by a Flow Cool System™ located from heel to toe. Lightweight is achieved with a k-EVA chassis featuring a full-length Superfoam™ insert. Cushioning is enhanced with a long lasting insert featuring Si-18® Gel for outstanding comfort. Light 1.0 and Cushion 1.0 interchangeable insoles designed for speed and comfort are included. Made with Mesh/Synthetic upper.

Try before you buy October 29, 2009

Hod no detailler in town so I bought these shoes based on the reviews. The shoes fit smaller than the ASICS. I tried the the 1st time for a 5 mile run. The heel support is very hard and did not feel comfortable. My feet were sore after this run. My second run was 6 miles on a treadmill and had the same experience as during the first run. My 3rd rub was 10 miles. I ended up with 3 blisters on my feet, which I never get in ASICS, and sore legs. I wish I could have returned these shoes but this was not an option with this online store. I would highly recommend you try these shoes before you buy.

Best Running Shoe in my 23 years of running. 24 Marathons.Started training for the Disney Goofy Race in Jan.010.These shoes are great on long runs.I am running all my races in the K-Swiss, and will run the Disney in them. Just purchased another two Pairs.
