The Blade Light Run is an ultra-light super-cushioned running shoe, featuring cutting edge Blade-Light technology, engineered to shave minutes off your time while training or racing. 9.3oz. Midsole/Outsole; Anatomically placed K-EVA "blades" are aligned to the angle of impact and critical flex points for ultra-light, super cushioned, and amazingly flexible ride. The top layer of low density(52d)K-EVA in the GuideGlide format provides second stage impact protection and natural foot guidance. A micro layer of Superfoam sits underneath the K-EVA sockliner to provide a soft and resilient feel under the foot.

This is my second buying this exact same shoe because I liked my first pair that much. I still wear my old shoe for around the house activities. The shoe held up well and wore down evenly.

Like: light weight, neutralNot good for trail running, but good for training and racing sprint to half iron. If full iron, you may want something more substantial. I've run marathons in these. Nice drainage and wide platform.

I am going through my second pair. Use it as a training shoe for a half marathon. Also used a second pair on the actual race. Very light and very comfortable. My favorite pair. Has a tendency to pick up gravel after a few miles and cause some problems while trying to run, but not worth a thumbs down. Also I did not get a lot of mileage out of the shoe. The heel wears out rather quickly. I got about 100 to 125 miles out of them. That said, I am a heavy runner: 6'1" at 225 pounds. So you lighter guys or girls will probably get a little more mileage. Highly recommended and I will be buying another pair!
