My only problem is that after only several weeks of wear, the inside cushion became loose and I had to cut a piece of it out.

I bought this for my daughter and she said it took a while to break in the shoe. It was uncomfortable after several hours of wearing at first. She found that the inner padding peeled away from the shoe and irritated her toe. She wears them now without problems.
