The shoe was true to size and really cute. It turned out to be patent leather not plain dull leather but that was not the issue. The big problem is the slick soles. They are so slippery that the unsteady toddler was constantly slipping and falling down.

I love the shoe. I have gotten lots of compliments on it. I have bought two of these - the black croc and the navy. The only negative about the shoes is the bottom is very very, very slippery. I am going to have to by some sandpaper to rough them up so my son can walk by himself.

I bought this shoe because my two year old is having some difficulty walking due to the fact that her feet go inward and at times she walks on her toes. It was recommended that I get high top shoes. These shoes have prevented her from walking tiptoe, but they haven't corrected the other problems yet, but I still have hope of improvement. They were VERY slick at first and she fell a lot, but the soles have roughened up now and she doesn't fall anymore. I really wish they came in a larger size, because I am not sure what we will do when she outgrows these. We got the largest available. They seem well made. Wipe off easily. No complaints.
