They have this foam, leather liner that is very soft. It forms around your foot to add support. They're nice and soft. They also have nice stitching. They're a quality shoe. They're perfect for the casual day at work. I wear them with khakis and jeans.

I bought these shoes online for my husband's birthday. He hates - no, he REALLY hates to shop. He was so excited to get these shoes as a gift and he didn't have to go to the mall. I wear these shoes to work pretty often but depending on your work environment, they may seem slightly casual. These j&m's are EXTREMELY comfortable (great inside sole) - they felt slightly snug when i first wore them, but the leather loosens up a bit and it fits perfect. i wear them everywhere - great casual shoe and will probably buy a pair of black ones as well...
