This is my husband's 3rd pair of J&M shoes. The shoes have better arch supports that he likes allowing them to fit better for him and are made to allow for additional resoling to make them last.

The greatest single satisfaction came from having no hassle in exchanging a "C'" width for a "D" width. I had purchased nothing but "medium" in slip-ons recently and didn't know for sure. The "C" just didn't look and feel right and the exchange was seamless. The shoe is certainly sharp and comfortable as well.
