The main reason for purchasing these was my experience with other Johnston & Murphy shoes. They have been the most comfortable business casual shoes I've owned. The fit and finish are great and foot bed and lining are the best in my opinion. This particular pair did not let down and is everything I expected based on previous experience.

I tried several pairs of slip on shoes before settling on this pair. I sent back a few pairs because there is something about the combination of ubiquitous square toe and being a slip on that not only makes them fit too large but also look oddly over-sized. This pair is not as square-toed and a half size smaller than I would normally buy. My other concern about slip-ons has always been the lack of cushion but this pair has great cushion that still feels good after wearing them all day two days a week for the past month.

This shoe is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone. The only negative is its a little tight around the ankle area.
