Bought this for my wedding to wear with a traditional tuxedo. My feet tend to be a bit wider and I initially ordered the wide width, but it felt too wide. So I went with the regular width and that fit perfectly. I've worn it a bit to wear it in, and it has felt pretty comfortable so far. My only complaint is that the soles are REALLY slippery. They're leather instead of rubber so it looks nicer. However, they're especially slippery on carpet. I used some sandpaper on the soles and now they feel much safer.

Along with a tuxedo, I bought these shoes to wear to black tie events. I got tired of uncomfortable, overpriced rentals. This was a worthwhile investment. These shoes feel a little "tight" and stiff when you first put them on. But, after about 10 minutes, they break in and are actually quite comfortable. They are high quality, so they should last for years, as infrequently as I have occasion to wear them.I usually wear a size 10. I had to return the 10 in this shoe for a 9.5, which is a perfect fit.

Love the shoes, true as advertised. They look great and are very comfortable for someone like me who has large and wide feet. There could be a little more arch support and the soles are leather which can be slippery in a northeast winter but I just took the new shoes to a shoe repair place who added a rubber layer to give me more traction.
