We bought this shoe for my daughter to do a pageant. They showed up beautifully on stage and did not slip on her foot at all. They did run just a bit large, but we knew that beforehand and compensated. Overall, our experience was great.

I love these shoes! They are sexy, comfortable but not too glitzy. They are perfect for the dress I got for my son's wedding and will certainly get plenty of use again afterward! Really nicely made shoe.

This heel is not for the meek. Experienced heel wearers are likely to wear these with better success. There is indication this shoe runs half size larger.The 8.5 size length is true to size. If I went down a size it would have been too short. The ankle strap is perfect. The strap over the foot just above the toes is not "tight" which is ok with me. I might have a little wider foot than average"B" but not a "C". To make it more snug and secure, I just put an insert cushion pad placed at the ball of the foot area, which I do anyway for all my high heel shoes for foot care and comfort.
