I bought this shoe because I had been looking for a purple shoe for some time, but I could never find the exact color that I wanted until I found this shoe in "Berries." These shoes have a pretty high heel but are still pretty comfortable, I think because the heel itself has kind of a cone shape so it is sturdier. I have a slightly wide foot but these still fit well. There is enough room in the toe box that I can put a ball-of-foot gel pad in the shoe and it still fits comfortably. Many high heels slip off of my heels when I walk, but that has not happened with these. I am very happy with this purchase.
