My son has had a JanSport backpack for two years taking his books to high school everyday. I usually buy a new backpack each school year. This JanSport backpack with the suede bottom really takes a beating. The arm straps and material have all held up well. We purchased a replacement JanSport backpack because the zipper finally wore out. I recommend this backpack for school books.

I purchased this backpack for my husband who uses it every day to haul books, etc. to work and other stuffs to the pool, lake, etc. The zippers on his old one (brand unknown) had broken and I searched local stores and several websites before finding this one. He absolutely loves it! The pockets are the perfect sizes and there are plenty of them but not too many. It was a Christmas gift and several months later, he is telling me what a great choice I made in purchasing this particular backpack.
