The hat looked much better in the picture than in reality. It is much more "flimsy" than the picture depicted. I was disappointed in the structure of the hat. For the price, I expected a different structure - one with more substance. I doubt I will purchase anymore Jack Daniels products online. I would like to see and feel the item before purchase from now on. I bought this hat for my grandson and it was ok for a 5 year old, but I doubt a grownup would have enjoyed it.

Overall the hat is very cute. I wore it out and got lots of compliments. The hat was very easy to shape. Shaping the hat is key to making it look sexy instead of frumpy. The free shipping was fast. The only complaint I had would be the metal emblem in front was off center and you can't move it and the top of the hat was not perfectly shaped and had a couple of bumps in it. I am picky and like things perfect. To me it was not worth sending it back, and I may have just gotten a defective one.
