Fun shoe- great with skirts January 05, 2011

I needed a shoe that would compliment a fun skirt I bought for the holidays. I liked the style of this shoe- the mary jane look is more sophisticated with the slightly pointy toe. I bought the black but LOVE the dark red color too. My foot slips around a little bit in the toe box area- I suspect that is because the strap is not adjustable, so you can't secure your foot very much. But the heel is easy to walk in, and overall I'm pleased with the shoe. The bottom sole is well-constructed, and I anticipate them lasting a long time.

This is a very pretty pair of shoes, looks very nice on, however, I normally wear a size 8 but these shoes do run small, I'm returning them for a half size larger because they fit really tight and they don't give at all. These shoes are a must have, as I stated, they are extremely pretty shoes and they look great on and they are worth the $$. I think because they are patent leather, you need at least 1/2 larger size in this shoe, the width is true to size.
