These are a nice, solidly built pair of lightweight canvas boat shoes. A great pair of shoes for summer. The only complaint I had is they don't breathe well if you wear them without socks, which is how you typically wear boat shoes. But I put two eyeholes with grommets on the instep of each shoe and that solved the problem, so now they're perfect. They go great with my cargo shorts or linen pants.
