The Irish Setter Tamarack shoe were exactly what I was looking for. They are obviously a very high quality shoe. I bought them because of their looks and quality. They were a little heavier than I expected but all in all I am very pleased.

I'm very happy with this shoe. It's very comfortable and didn't really need any break-in time. The sole has a very aggressive pattern that is deeper than I thought. But I like a deep tread, so I was pleasantly surprised. It's not as supportive as a work or hiking boot, but for casual wear and light hiking, it's perfect. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
