I've used it hunting, and it's very comfortable and light. It fit well with my smart wool socks. I agree with one of the other reviewers who compared them to running shoes. It just needs a little more arch support.

A solid boot all around but a little too solid under the forefoot. I spent 3 solid days putting the boot through it's paces while pheasant hunting and the feel was better on the second and 3rd day but they really require little to no break in at all. I really like the feel of the leather and anticipate these, like my other Irish Setter boots will serve me for years to come.

I do a lot of hunting and outdoor work in the winter. These boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. They feel like you are wearing a sport shoe. They keep your feet dry in wet conditions. This is actually my second pair. I would recommend them to all hunters.

The boots were purchased because my son has a pair. They have served well for a couple of years and he has been well pleased with them. For a forester's boot to last this long and still wear well speaks well for the folks who make them.

The best fitting boots on the market. Break in very quickly. Great ground feel and pretty light. Not my favorite looking but my favorite wearing boots. Strong buy.
