I find that the shoes are well made but a full size too short. I don't think it will get any better either. At any rate, I can't wear them.

I purchased the Elk Tracker 860 boots after seeing other Irish Setter boots and really liked the quality. The Elk Trackers are great boots. The 1000 grams of insulation is really warm. I also liked that it had solid leather outers. The boots did not require any break in. Overall great boots for the money.

I bought my elk tracker boots December 2009. They are the best winter boots I have ever bought. The 1000grm thinsulate and the goretex keeps my feet warm and dry. I could never seem to find boots that would keep my feet warm, whether it's from poor blood circulation or what I don't know but these boots definitely do the trick for me-always warm and dry, not to mention extremely comfortable.
