Shipping Restrictions does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines

  • does ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. When entering your shipping information during checkout, click the checkbox where indicated to indicate that the address you entered is a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address.
  • does ship to a growing list of international addresses. To view the list of countries available for international shipping, click here.

International Shipping

To accommodate international purchases, Shoebuy offers several solutions:

  1. Shoebuy is now shipping via UPS Worldwide Saver® to select international destinations. For a list of countries Shoebuy ships to, click here. Please check back frequently if your country is not listed, as we continue to expand our list of destination countries. For shipments to these countries, simply select the appropriate destination country during the checkout process.   2. You may purchase from an international address and ship to a U.S. destination.

Delivery Times

Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free UPS Standard Ground Service.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver® service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Order Tracking

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject " Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject " Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.

  2. Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.

    For international orders, click here to visit the UPS Worldwide Saver® web page.

  3. If you are a registered member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.

  4. Whether or not you are a registered member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
