Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States will be shipped via our international shipping partner, UPS Worldwide Saver®. How do you ship to destinations outside of the United States?

Simply add items to your order and click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will see your total price including shipping and handling charges in United States dollars before you place your order. Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper and you must agree to pay these charges to receive your order. Please note that in placing your international order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties which may apply. Also, please make sure that you provide us an accurate shipping address, as Shoebuy is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. What are your shipping and handling charges for international orders?

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add items to your order and proceed to provide your address information in the checkout process. We will tell you the exact charges, excluding duties and taxes, for your desired items before you actually place an order. You will not be charged for duties and taxes by Shoebuy at checkout, but these charges may be applied by the destination country. If so, they will be paid on your behalf and subsequently collected from you by our shipping agent.

Please allow 5 to 14 business days for receipt of orders shipped outside of the United States. All international orders are delivered via express service and are fully trackable.

What is the return policy for international orders?

You can return any item purchased on the Shoebuy.com website. Returns of unworn items are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Orders placed between November 1 — January 1 and eligible for the 90 Day Holiday Return Policy. You will be credited for the full product value on qualifying returns. International shipping charges are not refunded by Shoebuy.

Instructions

  1. Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) if possible (or any type of acceptable shipping carton). You must include with the shipment both the unworn/unused merchandise and the original merchandise packaging.
  2. Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labeling, and be sure to include and clearly identify the original order confirmation number on the package.
  3. Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
  4. Once received at our returns facility in the U.S., we will credit your return, typically within 14 to 30 business days after the package is sent.
  5. You will be credited for the product value of returned items.
  6. Shoebuy does not currently offer Free Return Shipping for International orders.
  7. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
