I had my eye on these boots and waited for them to go on sale. I took the advice of other raters and ordered a half size up. They were right with their assessment. The boots fit comfortably and I wore them walking around LA for several hours with no problems. The heel height is comfortable for walking, I don't feel like I am going to keel over. The cushioned insoles give the boots that cushioning feel that clarks are known for and allows for extended wear time. I wear thin socks/trouser socks with them. The only thing I'm not sure I like is that they do seem to scuff easier. I do like the scuff look but I'm not sure if it is going to affect the life of the boots. I would definitely recommend these boots.
Wears this shoe: Often, whenever I go out shopping or just out and about.

I bought this flat to take on vacation since we would be doing a lot of walking and it would look a little dressier than sneakers. I wore it one day at home for a few hours before the trip, but when we were on our cruise and doing a lot of walking on the boat - it rubbed a terrible blister at the side of my foot below the big toe. The shoe, however, was very comfortable with better cushioning than some of the other flats that I tried so I gave it 4 stars. Hopefully, after wearing a couple more times for shorter periods, I won't have to deal with the blisters.

This is the first pair of Oxfords I've owned and I absolutely love this shoe. It's very comfortable for walking around and for work. Strikes the right note between casual and pulled-together. Very glad to have a comfortable go-to work shoe in my closet!
