This convertible cackpack has a top main zipper closure compartment, wall back safety zippered pocket, and wall front patch pockets. It also includes an outside front zipper pocket with interior wall open pockets. It has a strap drop 10 to 12 inches, it's fully lined, has contrast stitching, and silver hardware.

Dimensions: 9.75" x 11.5" x 6.25"

Great purse for a mommy with lots of little kids! February 20, 2012

I love this backpack purse. With my life (six young kids) I will not buy a purse if it's not a backpack. This one's great because it's got plenty of room and the main compartment can't be opened by theives or kids when it's on your back. Also, it doubles as an over the shoulder bag without any alteration to how the straps attach. I love being able to use it either way.The one downer though...the lining in a small outside pocket has a hole in it and my cell phone can fall through. It's the pocket that's against my back when I'm wearing it so that's a bummer. Guess I should learn how to sew.

I love this bag because it is a backpack-purse, but it can't be opened while it is on your back. It's because of the clever design- the same ring-thing that makes it a little hard to get into yourself also makes it very safe from pickpockets. As a benefit, it is easy to wear it over your shoulder with the straps together, like a regular purse, in addition to as a backpack. I had one with this design (with the ring) from Nine West that was discontinued, and I looked all over the web for hours to find one like it. I'm glad I found this. I just wish it came in more colors.

I like this backpack, I think it works well with business and casual. My only complaint is that it's a little hard to get into. The straps loop through that silver ring on top, and you have to pull them out to get to the zipper, then you can unzip and get into the bag. I like that it's top-loading but I wish it was a little less awkward to navigate the opening. Otherwise, great bag. Good size, not too heavy, nice dark color and contrast stitching looks good.

I spent a long time trying to find a backpack bag that would corral my stuff and was not too big nor too small. This is perfect. This bag is made of a soft leather and fully lined. I like the big open space inside and the extra pockets inside and out.
