Features direct attach construction which creates a permanent chemical bond between the leather upper and outsole which provides for long wearing durability and shock absorbing comfort. The full grain waterproof upper repels water. Waterproof construction: all stitched seams are sealed to prevent water penetration.
Leather quarter and tongue lining with fabric vamp lining for climate control comfort. Padded instep and collar provide cushioning around the ankle area. Hush Puppies® "Gel" heel pad provides additional cushioning during heel strike.
Removable, leather covered. Contoured EVA footbed provides cushioning underfoot. ABS Shank supports the midfoot arch area. Airport friendly.

These shoes are GREAT! ... so light weight. They are waterproof and the Gel insert in the heal makes you feel like you haven't been on your feet nearly as much as you may be. They look great, feel great and are reasonably priced. I'll be buying more of these! Sure hope they don't drop the line anytime soon.

I am a high school teacher and am on my feet all day. I needed a shoe that I could stay comfortable in. I bought these hoping that they would be ones that I could forget I had on while I worked all day with the students. I had to wear them a few times before they totally settled in but now they are by far my most comfortable pair. I have been buying Rockports for years, but will be sticking with Hush Puppies from now on. The squareness of the toe did put me off at first. It was more pronounced then I thought by looking at the pictures. They do make my feet look a little boatish. Overall, I am happy with them, I just wish they were styled a little better.

I have brought many of shoes in my life time, but this shoe has beat them all. I will not use another shoe unless it's HUSH PUPPIES!!! Go get them and try for yourself but make sure that you buy them @ SHOEBUY.COM. They ship quick. Never had a problem.
