This is a nice looking shoe. It is comfortable. It would have been the perfect shoe for me except that the outside soles aren't leather, rubber or vibram but instead are some kind of hard slippery plastic material. It has no grip on such surfaces as carpeting, tile and finished wood.

I have very wide feet (EEE) and these Hush Puppy Lautrecs are a winner. Very comfortable right out of the box and good for walking/shopping. I like to wear trouser socks in the cooler weather and these are cute with the different colors peeping through.
