Casual with stitching accents and ankle support. Direct attach construction and Stroebel construction creates a permanent chemical bond between the leather upper and outsole which provides for long wearing durability and shock absorbing comfort. Lightweight polyurethane midsole fused with TPU outsole for abrasion resistance, leather quarter and tongue lining with fabric vamp for climate control comfort. Padded instep and collar provide ankle cushioning. Hush Puppies® Strike-Back™ gel heel pad provides additional cushioning during heel strike. ABS shank supports the mid-foot arch area. It is airport friendly.

This is my third pair of this shoe. I love the fit and comfort of this shoe. I will buy this shoe again. Hopefully they will not discontinue making this style.
Wears this shoe: Casual wear, work in my old pair, and actually anywhere.

Good looking shoe overall. The leather has a bit of an 'imitation' look to it, but they have been durable so far. Comfort is good, I'm on my feet all day teaching and they feel good right out of the box. I just hope they last a couple of years, hate to spend a lot for one year shoes. I think most people would be happy with these for everyday use work or casual.

This is the best work boot I have ever owned.As a General Contractor, comfortable and durable bootsare a necessity, especially on those long 12 hour days.I've always had a hard time finding a good fitting shoe and I'm very glad I found these! This purchase ismy 4th pair and I'm still wearing the 1st pair forpainting and drywall work ...
