| | About High Arch: |
|---|
| | | High arch refers to the excessively elevated curved part of the foot arch that runs from heel to toes. Feet with high arches tend to place more stress and pressure on the instep and metatarsal as well as making the ankles more unstable. High arches absorb shock poorly and generally require extra support, which can typically be provided by foot inserts with arch support that add stability and cushioning. |

eSoles eFit Dynamic Complete System
Better than a trip to the podiatrist
June 08, 2012
Reviewer: New cyclist from Tacoma, WA
I bought these to help me recover from plantar fasciitis. I wear them cycling (the cycling-specific version was discontinued) and in my boots when I go to work. The black arch is perfect for supporting my very high arches, and I immediately noticed an improvement in my heel pain when I started using eSoles. After two weeks, I am back in the saddle and training for a double century, and pain-free enough to go barefoot again when I'm at home.Far better than anything the podiatrist or sports med doc recommended!
