These shoes are made with waterproof suede leather and breathable mesh upper, rustproof brass hardware, toe and heel abrasion for protection, moisture wicking lining, and soft padded collar. The insole has Comfort-Tec contoured sockliner, outsole has board lasted with steel shank for added rigidity and support, and durable carbon rubber MDT hiking outsole.

I wear them outside in the rain and cold. They are truly not all waterproof. Seams leak at first but after a few weeks of wear, they stopped.

Seems to run big, had to cinch the laces as much as possible to get a snug fit. Otherwise good for stomping around in.
