Heys ePac02

Product Description (Heys ePac02)

The ePac has a unique side loading laptop pocket with very thick foam padded walls surrounding the encasement. The pocket is zippered so its secure but still very quick and easy to get access to. Fits most 15" screen laptops. The ePac has a built-in organizational pocket that has proper placement locations for pens, papers, cell phones, PDA's and more. The CD player pocket has an elastic grip and uses a rubber hole portal for the ear-phone wires to go through for convenient use. Has special shoulder straps that have "jelly" centers which adds a cushioning effect by softening the impact of a heavy load over your shoulders. The back of the bag features ribbed polyethylene foam padding. As a free bonus with the ePac comes the "TechnoPod", a portable media pocket that can hold just about any of today's many techno-gadgets.. iPods, cell phones, digital cameras to name a few. Even has a belt strap so that it can be worn around the waist as well as having a hole for wires to pass through.

Reviewer: Laura from Bryn Mawr, PA
PROS:Color, fabric, comfortable straps, handle on top, good capacity, good-looking.CONS:Biggest problem: seams everywhere are falling apart after six months of moderate use (grad school). Zipper pulls came off, mesh pockets have pulled out, holes in corners, stitching coming loose all over the place, and I have NEVER abused this bag. Also the design is functionally poor (though aesthetically pretty ) -- stuff is hard to get to in pockets, laptop compartment is hard to zip, mesh pockets are too short to hold a water bottle or travel coffee mug, laptop slips down past padding so that it would be damaged if I ever dropped the pack, no attachment loops on shoulder straps, rain flap on lower front pocket overlaps too much so it's hard to get into that pocket.
