I experienced fast delivery and the hat arrived in good condition. It has soft textured leather,and color & markings near identical to picture, but the medium size fits very snug. My head measures 22", medium is suppose to fit up to 22&3/8".I suppose the band will stretch a little with wear, but if your head is over 22", better get a larger size.I expected the inside to be same color as outside, but it's a much lighter tan color with smoothe surface, not too crazy about that. I guess I'm ok with it, but it gives a two tone appearence, a little like brown & white shoes when you catch a glimpse of the underside of the brim. On the other hand, it is also a reflective sign of superior quality & workmanship. All in all, I like the hat, & would buy it again, expect to get alot of wear out of it. It's comforatable even though it's a little tight, but expect it will loosen up with wear.Good Luck !

I have many hats but this hat is by far the most comfortable I have ever worn. It feels like I have worn it many years. The leather is soft, the size was as I expected and it is definitely a well crafted product.
