I bought these because my pointy dress shoes cause all sorts of problems on the back of my toes. Functionally, these cushions are not much different from moleskin. The main differences are that they are MUCH pricier than moleskin, but they also pre-cut to the pointy shape of the shoe so that less product is wasted. The cushions also save the interior from tears/cuts caused by the big toe nail. Be advised that they take up space in your shoe, and so, depending on how your shoes already fit, your shoes could feel tighter! Especially if you're already wearing other orthotics. So far, I'm happy with my purchase.
