I wear these with sandals to ease the pain of my bunions and they provide terrific comfort. They also keep the sandals from slipping. Keep in mind they might show depending on the coverage of the sandal. I always buy slides so there will be material covering that area.

It is a great buy, but keep in mind that it is 3 total quantity and NOT PAIRS. It is very comfortable and just enough cushioning if you have an average bunion size. I use these on days when I'm not hurting too much and this thinness does not affect the feel of your shoe (no tightness). I normally wear my other ones with thicker gel padding for additional comfort, but those make my shoe feel a bit tight. Overall, it's a great buy!

I have bought these cushions before. These cushions however, don't have the material on the other side of the gel (next to foot). So the gel can ball up a bit. Thanks for your service!

These are great. They're thin so I can wear them in shoes but they cushion so my bunions don't hurt. And they stay in place. PLEASE NOTE that this is ONE cushion per package, not a pair. So when you order the "3 pairs" stated, you're really only getting three cushions.
