I bought these because of the zippers (I ride to work and change into dress shoes in the office) and I wanted something I could quickly and easily take on and off multiple times a day. Perfect for that purpose. I used to ride in tactical/combat boots, and I always tied them up pretty tight. In fact, i'm the type that ties all my boots and shoes pretty tightly. These new boots don't offer any ankle support like I'm used to. They really feel more like cowboy boots - very loose on the ankle and top of the foot. I can't pull them off without unzipping them, but there are times when it sure feels like they could slip off (like when walking up stairs, for example) - a feeling I'm just not used to. I bought some good boot socks and put gell inserts in the boots and they feel a lot better now. With time I think they'll conform to my foot and I'll get used to them. Definitely a quality product - they are heavy and durable. And they do look good - the toe looks like the toe cap of a military jump boot. At first I hated them because of the loose feel, but now they're growing on me. They're just not tight like my old combat boots were.

These were the first new Motor Cycle boots I bought in quite a few years.I needed them for a motor cycle trip that my son and I were taking. I wear a 9-1/2 M, but I ordered a size 10 to allow for a thicker sock. Too big! I then got the 9-1/2's and they are about right.I wore them for a couple of days before our trip, then all day every day for five days while riding. We rode in very hot weather (90+) and my feet never felt hot.(Of course, I also wear the world's most comfortable socks: "Smart Wool." Get some--you'll love 'em.) On our last day we rode in a cold drizzle (40 degrees or so) and my feet stayed dry and warm. The dual zippers on these boots make them easy to put on and take off. The toe is a bit more rounded than I like, but it didn't interfere with my shifting (although I was using a heel-toe shifter).I hiked in them, rode and walked in them. Overall, these are very good boots for the money and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality and rugged construction, along with comfort.

I love the dual zippers. My right foot is just about size 10 wide, and my left is a 9.5 M, so I usually have to buy a 10 Wide pair, but when I ordered a 10 (this boot only comes in a med width) it was far too big for me even with the thick cotton socks that I would be using. The 9.5 M was a very good fit, and I am very pleased with this boot.

I viewed many biker boots to find the right size for my boyfriend, since he has large feet. After receiving the merchandise, he tried them on. They were a perfect fit. He wears them every time we go bike riding.
