I have worn Haflinger slippers for over a year and own 3 pair. It is the only slipper I can wear because of foot surgery. I can't walk bare foot and I have tile and hardwood floors. It is the only slipper I have found that has a great arch support. I wash it in the washing machine and air dry it. It does stretch a bit and I have had holes in the large toe, but I just stitch it up. With the hardsole I can go outside to collect mail. The only disadvantage is that they stretch but wash them and they will shrink back a little. Some colors run larger so I only wear earth speckle.
Wears this shoe: Whenever I am in my house these slippers are on my feet.

Was concerned when ordering that I would not size them correctly - I am 7.5 and they didn't come in half sizes. When for the smaller size - 38- and they are perfect. Really comfy slippers.

The arch support is heaven. Never had a house shoe that had arch support and I'm loving this one. Also, this one is great because it has a rubber sole so you can walk to the mailbox in it. I had another pair that just had little dot things on the bottom, wore them outside to the mail box, got damp once, and within four or five months the soles started separating from the shoe. So, I was careful to get these with the outdoor/indoor sole and they are perfect. Best house shoe ever.
