I have found the Haflingers protect my feet well from the impact of walking on such hard floors. They are very soft on top and on the inside, so make my feet feel pampered. I also appreciate the extreme non-slip qualities of the soles. Wears this shoe: Around the house, though tempted to wear them 24/7

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This is my second pair of Haflinger Shetland shoes. My first pair I literally wore holes in the side of, but the soles wore like iron. I have a neuroma on my foot and I never have any pain when I wear these shoes. These truly are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I don't wear these shoes outside, I keep them inside and wear them as slippers. I work out of my home so these shoes may be on my feet 12 hrs a day. Comfortable in Winter and Summer. Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width My feet seem to like Haflingers. As soon as I put them on, my back felt better, more relaxed. The only other Haflingers I had, before these slippers, were sandals, and I've worn them with socks to prolong the season, they're so comfortable. The toe of this shoe curves to fit my toes. The only thing I'm a little worried about is the thinness of the upper material. But if it were thicker, they might not be as flexible & soft feeling, so perhaps that is a tradeoff. Wears this shoe: At home only.

It's attractive while having the same ideal Haflinger footbed--longitudinal and metatarsal arch supports--that I must have owing to foot problems. The only down side is minor--the shearling that peeks out around the throat isn't of uniform length on both shoes. Otherwise, it's all positive. This is the second pair of Haflinger shearling shoes I've had, and this style is a bit smarter than the other, which is still available. Wears this shoe: In the house as slipperin the evening, before bed, or on arising in the morning.
