I was looking for a comfortable, quality pair of wool clogs to wear around the house. These clogs are exceptional in quality and comfort, and they live up to the high standards one expects. I could find no manufacturing flaws, and I have a eye for detail on these matters. They are substantial with 1/4 inch think wool but are still very lightweight, and they flex nicely when walking while providing excellent arch support. The rubber sole bonded to the cork bed provides excellent traction, and it gives smooth, quiet stepping on hardwood floors.
Wears this shoe: I work from home and wear these throughout the day.

Because I work out of my house, I wear my new Grizzly Haflingers morning to night. I wanted slipper-type shoes that would replace my Birkenstocks in terms of support and comfort, but would also be warm for the cold months. These are perfect.

These are the best shoes, and I don't want to wear anything else. I do not need my orthodics with these shoes. I bought a size smaller last time and they were a little snug in the toes (length). I usually wear a size 7, so I bought the European 7 this time and they are a little too large. Still OK with thick socks, though.
