I have worn Haflinger slippers for over a year and own 3 pair. It is the only slipper I can wear because of foot surgery. I can't walk bare foot and I have tile and hardwood floors. It is the only slipper I have found that has a great arch support. I wash it in the washing machine and air dry it. It does stretch a bit and I have had holes in the large toe, but I just stitch it up. With the hardsole I can go outside to collect mail. The only disadvantage is that they stretch but wash them and they will shrink back a little. Some colors run larger so I only wear earth speckle.
Wears this shoe: Whenever I am in my house these slippers are on my feet.

This is not my first pair of Haflinger's. They are wonderful. They conform to your foot, they offer great support, they are quiet and just wrap your feet in comfort. They last for years. They are beyond awesome. This is the first time I've had the hard soled ones and I just love them to pieces. You can't go wrong with Haflinger!

i moved up a half size and got an exact fit from these slippers. the snug fit (like an extra pair of socks) differentiates it from other slip-ons with no back but i enjoy the feel. the insole is amazingly comfortable, but it's not squishy like memory foam; it actually gives support like an expensive walking shoe. the only downside is that the soles will leave scuff marks on the floor if you drag your feet or chase your kids around the living room.

I've recently purchased my 3rd pair of haflingers. Im still very pleased with these slippers. They are extremely comfortable especially with my painful feet due to plantar fasciitis. I wear them everyday in my home. After so much wear, the material around the big toe begins to tear, so they need to be replaced. It's understandable given the constant use. I will continue to buy them about once a year and feel they're definitely worth it!

I did not know how to describe the fit as I bought it for my son who wears a 10 but in this slipper he wears an 11 as the 10 is too small. But only at first.Because it is wool, the slipper does stretch out and fairly quickly. This is his second pair. I thought his first pair was looking pretty worn out but he still has them and now alternates between the pairs (when his girlfriend is not using the older pair, that is - she has tiny feet but really likes the warmth of these slippers). My son-in-law also has a pair and has practically worn his out, too.Great thing about these slippers is the solid sole which can be worn into the garage, out on the front steps, wherever a guy goes that a soft sole might get wet.

The Haflinger Hardsole Slipper has a lot of all around support for the feet. The slippers are very comfortable and they are very stylish with the rich, deep brown color. These slippers are sturdy enough to wear indoors and outdoors. I would not hesitate to buy another pair.
Wears this shoe: I wear these slippers whenever I go outdoors to collect the mail.

This will get wider over time, and I love the support and warmth that this provides my feet. Having the hard sole gives me just enough to get through Midwestern winters. I wear socks inside them, and now these are what I wear when I return home at the end of the day. My only issues are that my big toe has poked a hole in the top of the slipper and I had to patch it (not very well, either, and that is why I ordered another pair!).The back of the slipper also is starting to come frayed where my foot slips over the heel- this may also be repairable, but I would like to just be able to enjoy the slipper longer for what I paid for them, without any worries.

This is the 2nd pair of these Hardsole slippers that I have purchased. The first pair lasted 4+ yrs. and I wore them constantly around the house and for quick trips outside in the cooler months. Bought them originally for the arch support and I've not been disappointed. Extremely comfortable, warm and durable.

Unfortunately, these slippers were not worth the money spent on them at all. They are very overpriced for the quality you get. If you are going to spend $70+ on slippers, like I did, buy several pairs of another brand. I'll give them a star for being warm, but they are very flimsy. Hopefully, they will last awhile.

These slippers are heavenly! They keep my feet warm and are very comfortable to wear around the house. They are very well made and have a sole that is rubber meaning that you could wear them outside if you wished. The rubber sole gives you a good grip when going up and down stairs unlike leather soled slippers. I have had arch pain when wearing other slippers, but these have a nice supportive arch that helps alleviate the discomfort.

I wish I could say I love these slippers since this company makes good clogs and because these slippers were so expensive. Honestly, they were not worth the money advertised ($75), in fact not worth a quarter of that price. They are very flimsy. The arch support feels like foam instead of something more sturdy. This company's clogs are good but you might want to shop around a little more for different slippers.

We built a new house with all tile floors, no one told us how hard that is on your back and feet! These slippers really helped my husband with these problems. They are very comfy and supportive. This is second pair, he sometimes even forgets and wears them outside!

These slippers are everything I was looking for in a slipper. They are warm, they easily slip on, the soles are perfect for going outside for something, the arches are perfect for the feet that need them and they look like they will last a good long time. I haven't found out yet how if they can perhaps be thrown in the washing machine or how to keep them clean. If you are looking to wear heavy socks with them, go a size up. With barefeet or regular socks they are true to size. Love them!
