I had a pair of Haflinger Classics about 25 years ago and about 5 years ago I had to get rid of them due to holes in the toe. (worn out) and have been looking for another pair.I have problems with my feet and these shoes are great for my arch support and over=all comfort.I came upon this site accidentally and found them at their unbelievable low price.Thank you. I am enjoying my new find

I only wear Haflinger or Birkenstock Shoes. I own NO other shoes. I can be on my feet 24 hrs a day, and no sore or tired feet. The Doctor told me to get them and wow....immediate relief.
Wears this shoe: All day and night, except when sleeping.

I already have a pair of Halfingers and learned one thing. Buy them a half size smaller as they stretch out a bit as they get more comfortable with use. Great shoe

I purchased these shoes for my mother, who is 71 and has severe knee problems and walks with a walker. It is very difficult for her to find shoes that fit comfortably and are wide enough for her foot. This is her fifth pair of Halfingers and she loves them!!! She wears them every day, even in the winter when she needs a good gripping sole so she doesn't slip on slush or ice. She also has trouble bending, so the fact that these shoes slip on and off without having to tie or buckle anything makes them perfect for her. Worth every penny!

This is the only shoe I can wear without my prostheses. Very comfortable, but this kind of shoe wears out quickly-the boiled wool becomes nappy and the sole wears rapidly. Just something to consider.
