I have very, very high arches and after two pregnancies they have progressively gotten worse. Other shoes - even with inserts don't give me any support. I am a school teacher and am on my feet constantly. After reading other reviews about the great arch support in their shoes, I bought a pair of Haflinger - Alice. They are very comfortable. I still need to use an arch support insert but this shoe combined with the insert is the first time I've been able to get the support in my arches I need. I rated it 4 stars - only because I still have to use inserts.

I ordered two pairs of these, brown and green. I love the brown ones, they fit like a glove, have good arch support and excellent width for my wide foot. I had to return the green, which were too large even though I ordered both pairs in the same size. So, there appear to be some size variations in different colors.
Wears this shoe: I will wear this traveling and everyday
